Shipping, Returns, Payment
Please note that at this time we are only able to ship to the United States, and we can only accept credit cards from U.S. banks.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
When you place your order you are automatically sent a Confirmation that we received your order and are processing it. When we ship it you are then sent a Shipment Confirmation - if your order is over $12.00, not including shipping or tax. These are both sent to the email address provided by you.
We normally ship all complete orders via USPS within 2-4 working days. Shipping and Handling Charges will appear on the Checkout Screen. If you have any questions please contact us.
Napkins: Shipping and Handling Charges start at $3.50. For Napkin Orders of approximately 9 or more pieces, we use a padded bag so that your items arrive in the best condition. The Shipping and Handling Charge for these includes a Tracking Number.
Economy Shipping and Handling: This is offered for approximately 8 napkins or packs of 10 Calendars.. We use a flat Kraft Envelope. While less protected, this is the most economical choice for small orders. No Tracking or Insurance or Shipping Confirmation is included, and it may take a little longer to get to you. (You can always contact us to see if it was shipped but we cannot track it.)
Here are our current Shipping and Handling charges.
- You may pay thru our secure website using Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
- We do not accept checks or money orders. All orders must be paid by credit card.
- Returns are accepted on unused, unopened packages except for Decoupage Napkins.
- Decoupage Napkins are NOT RETURNABLE.
- Calendars are not returnable after December of the previous year. (In other words, Calendars for 2022 are not returnable after December 2021).
- If we have made an error let us know within 2 weeks of receipt, and we will fix it at no charge, including shipping and handling.
- If you have made the error, changed your mind or you ordered the wrong items we will issue credit for the items (except Decoupage Napkins) once we receive them back unopened and unused..
- We regret that we cannot issue credit for any shipping and handling charges as a result of your error. In cases of small orders we recommend keeping the order and finding some way to use it, or share with friends the items you do not want.
- Please call or email for authorization before sending any returns.
