Shipping, Returns, Payment
MINIMUM ORDER IS NOW $5.00 NOT INCLUDING TAX AND SHIPPING.
Orders under $5.00 will be cancelled and credited.
ALSO - Beginning October 1, 2025, there will be a 5% DISCOUNT automatically applied at Checkout for all orders of $5.00 or more.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
When you place your order you are automatically sent an email Order Confirmation that we received your order and are processing it. (If the order is under $5.00 it will be cancelled and credited.)
When we ship your order you are then sent an email Shipment Confirmation. These are both sent to the email address provided by you.
We normally ship all complete orders via USPS within up to 7 working days. Shipping and Handling Charges will appear on the Checkout Screen. If you have any questions please contact us. Our MINIMUM Shipping and Handling Charge for all orders is $5.50.
If using a 3rd party checkout such as Shop Pay or Paypal, please be sure that your shipping address is the one they have in their system. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of thier shipping address on the orders placed.
Please note that at this time we are only able to ship to the United States, and we can only accept credit cards from U.S. banks
For all Orders we use a padded bag larger than the dimensions of the napkins so that your items arrive in the best condition. For large orders we use a sturdy cardboard box. The Shipping and Handling Charge includes a Tracking Number.

USPS Shipping
RETURNS:
- You may pay thru our secure website using Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
- We also accept PAYPAL
- If using a 3rd party checkout such as Shop Pay or Paypal, please be sure that your shipping address is the one they have in their system. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their shipping address on the orders placed.
- We do not accept checks or money orders. All orders must be paid by credit card. We do not accept phone orders.
- Returns are accepted on unused, unopened packages except for Decoupage Napkins.
- Decoupage Napkins are NOT RETURNABLE unless we have made a mistake on your order or they are defective.
- If there is a problem with your order we ask that you notify us first with proof of the problem before asking your bank for a chargeback.
- Calendars are not returnable after December of the previous year. (In other words, Calendars for 2026 are not returnable after December 2025).
- If we have made an error let us know within 2 weeks of receipt, and we will fix it at no charge, including shipping and handling.
- If you have made the error, changed your mind or you ordered the wrong items we will issue credit for the items (except Decoupage Napkins) once we receive them back unopened and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for your own shipping charges for returning your items. We do issue credit for shipping and handling on orders in which we have made a mistake or an item is defective..
- Once your package is scanned and accepted by the U.S. Post Office we cannot control shipment times and/or delivery
- Please call or email for authorization before sending any returns.
