SUPPLIES TO HAVE ON HAND:

l Markers - Red, Black, Tan, Yellow 
l Red Dye Ink Pad
l Hole Punch -- 1/8"
l Small Round Metal Jump Ring
l Embossing Gun
l Gift or Candy (such as chocolate Kisses)

TIPS and SUGGESTIONS:

See below for other stamps you could use for this project.

1. Rub Static Pad on top and edges of Heart Vippie Chip. Tap off excess.
2. Hold edge of Heart Vippie Chip against tip of Red Marker and turn until edge is completely lined with red. Immediately dip all edges into Transcendence Embossing Powder and tap off excess.
3. Emboss edge of Heart Vippie Chip with embossing gun. Be careful of your fingers!
4. Color directly on "Boy & Girl w/Heart" stamp - black marker on Boy and Girl, red marker on Heart only. Immediately stamp onto Heart Vippie Chip, dip into Transcendence Embossing Powder and tap off excess. Emboss with embossing gun.
5. Using Red Ink Pad stamp "Solid Hearts" on side of Boy and Girl (see sample). Using just the tip of your red marker put tiny dots between the stamped hearts. Color hair with yellow or tan markers. Let dry.
6. Punch a 1/8" hole at top of heart. Put jump ring through hole.
7. Cut a piece of a Ball Chain Necklace about 2" long. Attach an end cap to one end of the 2" Ball Chain. Thread the Ball Chain through the jump ring and fasten it around the handle of the Vinyl Bag. 
8. Fill Vinyl Bag with Kisses, a gift, or whatever you would like to put in.
