MATERIALS NEEDED:

l Vippie's Vinyl Checkbook Cover
l Vippie's Calendar Pad - Small
l Vippie's Transcend. Emboss. Powder 
  
(pour into shallow plastic container so that you 
    can "dip" into it)
l Vippie's Anti-Static Pad
l Double-stick Tape

    
STAMPS:

l
Ms. Val N. Tine -- N-4002
l Heart H. Valentine's Day -- G-2347

SUPPLIES TO HAVE ON HAND:

l
Markers - Red, Pink, Yellow, Black
l Black Ink Pad
l Scallop Scissors
l Card Stock - Red, White
l Embossing Gun

 


 

 

 

 

 





 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cut a Piece of Red Card Stock 6" x 6". Set aside. Cut a Piece of White Card Stock to 3-1/4" x 6-1/8". Cut edges with Scallop (or any other design) Scissors so that White Card Stock measures approximately 2-7/8" x 5-3/4". Rub Static Pad on White Card Stock. Tap off excess.
  2. Ink Ms. Val N. Tine Stamp with Black Ink Pad and stamp onto White Card Stock as shown. Immediately dip into Transcendence Embossing Powder and tap off excess.
  3. Emboss with embossing gun. 
  4. Ink Heart H. Valentines Day Stamp with Black Ink Pad and stamp onto White Card Stock as shown. Immediately dip into Transcendence Embossing Powder and tap off excess. Emboss.
  5. Color heart "hair", other hearts, and shoes of Ms. Val N. Tine with Red Marker. Color wings with Yellow and Pink Marker, and put dots of Red Marker all around. Allow to dry. Color around Ms. Val N. Tine with Yellow Marker. Refer to Actual Size Picture for color placement. NOTE: These colors are only suggestions -  you can use any color markers you want.
  6. Peel off backing of self-stick-strip on the back of the Calendar Pad and stick on top of Ms. Val N. Tine as shown. Remove "January" page so that "February" is on top. Use Black Marker to draw "hands" on Calendar Page as shown.
  7. Mount completed White Card onto Red Card as shown using Double-stick Tape.
  8. Insert both sides of completed card into Checkbook Cover. TIP: It is easiest to insert the completed card by folding it in half first, then inserting one side at a time, bending back as needed.
  9. Place Gift Certificate, Gift Card, Tickets, I.O.U., Cash - or whatever you want inside of Checkbook Cover
  10. Enjoy!
